WHAT ARE THE FISHING LIMITS (per day) ?
Beaver Lake
Crappie - 10
Walleye - 1 over 16"
Northern Pike - 1 over 36"
Largemouth Bass - 3 under 14"
Release all Largemouth Bass over 14"
Bluegill - None should be removed at this time
Bar Lake

WHEN ARE ASSESSMENTS DUE AND HOW SHOULD I PAY?
Dues are due by March 1st per the updated covenants. Certain times in the past the dues were accepted at different times and was very difficult to track. This will not be the case anymore, the dues for 2022 and every year after unless the covenants are changed will need to be received by the LEPOA treasurer by March 1st of that year. Any dues received after March 1st will be late. If for some reason you don't receive a packet it is still your responsibility to have your dues paid to the treasure by March 1st or they will be considered late. Please remember this doesn't mean post marked by March 1st the LEPOA BOARD must receive the payment by March 1st.

WHAT TYPE OF HOME IS ALLOWED IN LAKEWOOD?
WHAT ARE THE RULES FOR THE DUMPSTER / TRASH?
The dumpster is one of Lakewood’s biggest expense each month . The association gets an overcharge if the lids are higher than 8 inches above what it's supposed to be. Please DO NOT leave the lids open or propped up as we're having raccoons getting in them when lids are left open.
Cameras will be up and running and monitoring the dumpsters. If rules aren't followed one warning will be given and then fines will go to the person breaking the rules . Let’s all do our part and help out. If you have any questions please call a board member.
WHEN ARE THE 2023 MONTHLY BOARD MEETINGS HAPPENING?
These are the annual board meeting dates for 2023. The meetings are held at a location that cannot accommodate any guests, this saves the association a cost for renting a space . If owner's would like to attend any of the following meetings they must contact the board by the Monday before that meeting and we will move that meeting to a new location. If we do not have anyone respond that they would like to attend any particular meeting it will not be moved. If for some reason the meeting can't be held on the dates listed below all owners will be contacted by the board with a new date.
